A bit about me…

Hi, I’m Ruby. I grew up moving around the world, living in Austria, Turkey, India and finally back to Scotland. My interest in photography began during my travels, pinching my mum’s camera at any opportunity, from the ancient ruins of Ephesus to the striking architecture in Jaipur. But it was on cold, wet Saturday mornings aside school rugby pitches when I realised my passion for sports photography.

I’ve worked with teams including Falkirk FC, Hibernian FC, Aberdeen FC, and Scotland Rugby capturing everything from match day action and training sessions, to commercial imagery and celebrations. It’s about more than just action shots, the emotion, energy and atmosphere on any day is just as important, and it makes the photographs I take so much more special.
